Questions to assess how well the HR department interfaces with the nursing department. Questions to determine how the HR department helps with finding and hiring candidates. Questions about when to seek help during reviews and managing issues. Contact the director of the HR department to set up an appointment to conduct the interview. The interview can be conducted in person, via telephone, or via video conferencing. Note: If the director of HR is not available to interview locate an alternate staff member who can make decisions on behalf of the department.
